Joan Oloff, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Oloff was born and raised in a suburb of New York City. She graduated, magna cum
laude, from NYU. After receiving her medical degree from the Temple University School
of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, she did a surgical residency at Lindell Hospital in
St. Louis, Mo.
After marrying Murray Solomon,M.D., they moved to San Francisco, where she began
an academic career at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. She continued her
teaching career while being invited to join an existing private practice.After her 3
children came along, she decided to focus on her private practice in Los Gatos.
Dr. Oloff continued lecturing throughout the country, published in peer reviewed
journals,and edited a textbook. She continues to embrace the latest technologies which
may serve to improve the surgical outcomes for her patients.
Dr. Oloff has enjoyed playing sports throughout her life. The athletic population has
embraced her passion and ability to help them return to pre-injury performance. She
embraces an integrative approach, while preaching injury prevention and performance
enhancement.

Kelly Nix, DPM

Dr. Nix earned her doctorate from the California College of Podiatric medicine, with honors in 1999. After graduation she trained at Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Santa Clara and Sacramento, specializing in podiatric surgery, trauma and podiatric medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She has been in practice in Los Gatos since completing residency.
She is dedicated to providing complete podiatric care for each patient. Diagnosing and treating the cause of podiatric aliments to help each patient maintain the most active life style possible.
She is an active member of the Santa Clara Podiatric Medical Society, currently an officer, and a member of the California Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Nix is a native of Northern California and attended University of California, Davis for her undergraduate degree. That is where she met her husband Dr. Ned Nix. They currently live in San Jose with their son, Ryan. When she is not working she is an active sport enthusiast, walker, golfer and mom.
